Our Process

Patriot’s “Turn-Key to Success” process:

  • First- Evaluate the client’s competition and pinpoint challenges and opportunities
  • Second- Review the client’s current recruitment efforts, campaign and challenges
  • Third- Conduct a focus group and provide a complete Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis*
  • Fourth- Develop a branding campaign highlighting the client’s unique selling proposition (USP) based on facts from the SWOT analysis and client interview information as needed
  • Fifth- Conduct an outside focus group to measure the branding campaign’s effectiveness (Did the message get across to potential candidates?)
  • Sixth-
    - Provide advertising adbook (4-6 branded corporate approved print campaigns)
    - Redesign client’s recruitment website to meet branding specifications
